What's my superpower?
I am great at putting things off whether it's the laundry or the dishes or going to bed...
I'm the queen of procrastination!!
I decided for this hot that I would make a mug rug/wallhanging,because I am the mighty procrastinator! when you go downstairs into my sewing room there is piles upon piles of fabric that've ment to be put away but, that's only if can make it by the mountain of cardboard boxes from Costco...
Great little quilt. I can appreciate wanting to be with you cute son.
ReplyDeleteI think we all share your Superpower, well I know I do! Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteyes you have superpower many would identify with....and the cute young one waiting patiently is a great reason
ReplyDeletep.s would you kindly add your ladies who you are hopping with today on your post so we can find them as easily as we found you...

ReplyDeleteWell how about that! You and I share the same SuperPower.... Procrastination!!! Yep, my mother still tells me to this day if I didn't have a deadline, I wouldn't get anything done. Sadly, she's right again! Great project and adorable little boy!
ReplyDeleteYou hit the nail on the head with your super power for many of us.....remember, you are not alone ! haha ....great wall hanging !
ReplyDeleteAnd that's a superpower you will have all of your life! But maybe you can work on not being a procratinator. Smiles.
ReplyDeleteSo fun! I only procrastinate house work... never quilting :)
ReplyDeleteYes, you have a great reason to procrastinate. Look at that adorable face. Being a mom is certainly a superpower. Great job on your superpower project. You didn't procrastinate it....lol

ReplyDeleteYour not a procrastinator, your just a mom, it happens to us all! LOL!! Enjoy it while you can, they grow so quick. (something I never thought I would hear myself say) Gheez, I must be getting old! LOL!!! Adorable little one!

ReplyDeleteI am a recovering procrastinator! And I swear that photo of your costco box pile came from my house!! So funny. I look forward to seeing more projects and posts from you in the future!!
ReplyDeleteYou go girl! Procrastinate All You Want!
ReplyDeleteWhen is comes to children and you put them first...you are not a procrastinator. I can see that putting everything else off is a plus to your child.
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT! You are funny.I am a procrastinator, too, but your little reason is so adorable!
ReplyDeleteLaura Ann...I think we all share your superpower at some point in our lives. I am a procrastinator now more so than when I was younger. What a fun mug rug...thanks for sharing!! Happy stitching, Pauline
ReplyDeleteCute - but I definitely join you in this superpower! blessings, marlene
ReplyDeleteI hate to admit it, but my piles of boxes are probably higher than your pile. (Notice that I used the plural.) Without your wonderful little reason. Your post reminds me of this poem: "Coooking and cleaning can wait 'til tomorrow, For babies grow up as we've learned to our sorrow. So, "cobwebs be quiet. Dust go to sleep. I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep." I know there are more verses but I don't remember them or the author. So, enjoy that beautiful boy -- that's the one thing you dare not procrastinate about, and let the boxes pile up. You can always claim that you're investing in educational toys!
ReplyDeleteThat cute little face would cause me to procrastinate too, lol. Great mug rug!
ReplyDeleteI still have tht procrastination power because of my kiddos, too. Well worth every moment of it. Cute mini quilt!
ReplyDeleteI have that superpower too but I don't want it. lol I'm getting better as the kids get older. Cute project.
ReplyDeleteLove your superpower!
ReplyDeleteYour spending time with that uber cute face on your son is your MoM SuperPower! Thank you sew very much for Hopping...
ReplyDeleteYour Mom super power is number one. You can always be a procrastinator later. (giggles).
ReplyDeleteAdorable! What a perfect superpower!!
ReplyDeletePerfect choice for you then from the narrative BUT your kiddo is only young once. Enjoy that time. He is not going to care if you should be doing something else and you are putting whatever that is off to spend time with him.
ReplyDeleteI have found that I can leave clean dishes in the dishwasher for two days lately and I never used to do things like that. Other things slide too.
